Written by our owner, Bobbi Wright and published in 2017. Check out the video below to see how this story came about! Some dreams are too compelling to be ignored. Originally written for her daughter when she was bullied in school, it's become a tale that reminds both the author and her children that they are more than enough and are as big as they need to be.

About the book itself...

Being a kid can be hard. There are so many elements that kids are dealing with today that we never had to - at least not to the same degrees. Bullying, social media, difficulties with mental health and friendships.

We all have those tough moments, days even, where we feel stuck and we don't know where to turn or look to move ourselves forward, by asking for help, or even knowing that we are strong enough to deal with what life hands us.

All of us experience those times where we become stuck or lost in life. Our lives turn in a direction that leaves us disoriented and wondering how to get home.

We often feel too small, too big, too something, unable to help ourselves… but be assured  – there is someone or something who will be as big as we need them to be (could it be ourself?) to get us back. And it helps us to grow wiser in the process – if we are willing to pay attention and understand that the package that help is sent in may not look like we think it should.

One small act of bravery can make us into the hero we need to be. While this story was originally written for a little girl, really, there is a lesson in it for all of us.

The story reminds us and teaches us about our own strength - which is always more than what we think, and about the help that comes our way, even when we don't necessarily recognize it.
