Aspects - all products come with lifetime warranty and we deal directly with our Distributor for replacement parts.

Droll Yankees - if it’s a warrantied feeder, (feeders with plastic ports(not metal) are not) customer must contact Perky Pet themselves by calling:1-800-352-9164 8:30 am-7 pm EST orEmail through website by clicking Droll Yankees tab and scrolling to bottom.  Click  “Contact Us” and then click “Returns” and select Droll Yankees Claim Form to find the email option.

Note: Yankee Flipper motor comes with a 1 yr warranty and new replacement motor (past 1 year) can be purchased by calling Woodstream Customer Service @1-800-800-1819 X 490

Woodlink/Audobon - satisfaction guaranteed and parts are able to be replaced (in most cases) through our Distributor.

Perky Pet Products - no warranty

Arundale -Mandarin Baffle is lifetime warrantied against squirrel damage…..Our Distributor does not carry the mandarin baffle anymore so customers directly contact…website is skycafe.com

Corinthian Bells - come with a 5 yr warranty - Form can be found at windriverchimes.com website under “Contact” at bottom of page. Regardless of warranty status, they are never beyond repair.

For chimes whose warranty has expired, there is a custom repair, plus the cost of replacement parts, tax and return shipping.

Miller Manufacturing - API heated birdbaths and De-Icer come with a 1 yr warranty.  We deal directly with our Distributor for parts on behalf of our customer.
