Shipping & Returns/Refunds
We ship to both Canada and the USA!
We cannot ship seed however across the border. Seed in an order will be cancelled and refunded in US orders.
Shipping is available , please choose the shipping option at checkout. Shipping is available by various carriers.
If shipping doesn't show as an option, it may be because of certain items in your order being of irregular size (ie 1" x 72" poles). Try ordering the longest item on its own and shipping should progress as normal. If difficulties persist, please call us during business hours for assistance.
Porch Pick up/Store pick up available with online and telephone orders. Wait for the email that says that your order is ready. You can come anytime during business hours (Tues-Sat 10a-5p or Sundays 12-4p)to pick up after receiving the email.
Online Returns are shipped back at customer expense. Refunds will occur at time of receipt back in the store. Shipping costs will not be credited back. 20% restocking fee may occur to cover our expenses (any damages/used items) in the return. Please remember we are a small business and not a huge conglomerate. Please be sure of your order before completing it. If you have any concerns please call us at 613-475-9510.
In Store Purchases
Gift and Backyard Birding Items may be returned for refund within 30 days from purchase if they are in brand new condition, with labels, and the receipt accompanies the return in store.
In store purchases returned in used condition, without labels may be returned for store credit at our discretion within 30 days.
Private artist items can be returned for in store credit only, within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Must be in brand new condition.
Sale items or items reduced for sale are non-returnable.
Clothing items can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase in original and brand new condition with tags still attached. Clothing purchased on sale is non-refundable.
Seed is not returnable or refundable.
